If you look at their childhood, you will find a number of adverse events, substantial adverse events like school bullying or being rejected. These events drive you, you need to prove something. You wanna gain control of a world again you didn't have control of when you're younger. And you move toward a top job, being an entrepreneur, being a CEO, which gives you power, strength and control.
